Within the Information Technology (IT) world, the term CRM stands for customer relationship management. In defining what this term means, however, that provided by Webopedia (n.d.) seems best:
"CRM entails all aspects of interaction a company has with its customer, whether it be sales or service related."
Perhaps a better way to state this from the perspective of Design COMP's customers would be this, "Web application software designed to connect organizations ongoing strategies to consumer-buying behaviors and to personalize their online experience."
