The term inactive user, as it is used on this site, is someone who has not returned to this site within several months and has no active role with Design Works Internet in regard to onging business (customer, partner, etc.). A notice is e-mailed to those in danger of becoming an inactive user to which someone must respond within the given time limit. Those wishing to continue as registered users in whatever role they have been given should simply return to this site and login to confirm this desire. Keep in mind that responding to the e-mail notice alone is not sufficent, and will be ignored. Those who have let their account lapse for some reason may always request a reactivated via our Contact page. Please be prepared to provide a good reason as to why we should consider such a request.
