Yes, however not all methods of following feeds support the OPML format, and there is some confusion over how it works. An OPML feed provides an outline or list of some type, as it does on this site of all groups a given person is in. Unlike a real RSS feed, it will not provide the teaser text for fresh content. (It is quite handy for reaching a group on this site to post a new topic or reply!)
To obtain the address for your own OPML feed, click first on the Groups link showing in the main Navigation menu (showing under your username in the left-hand column). Now click on the My Groups tab. Automated feed search tools should find the feed from this page automatically, or you can click on one of the links visible to obtain it manually.
