What kind of files can I upload?

Due to security risks, changes have been made in permissible file types. All registered persons may attach text (TXT) and PDF file types, with those in more trusted roles allowed to attach the following: JPG, GIF, PNG, TXT, PDF, and ZIP. If files are attached to a post they will show at the bottom. Those using storage services for these or other file types may, of course, insert links into their message body that others may use.

In addition, a limited amount of Personal Storage space connected to each account will allow for the upload and management of image files (JPG, GIF, PNG) that can be inserted into messages. Those in more trusted roles will, of course, have larger storage spaces. The system will resize images larger than 400x400 in either dimension upon upload. This is to avoid page distortion issues within content viewed on this site.
